I actually copied White Rabbits Belgian style pale ale which used coriander and bitter orange peel, I'm not sure it's exactly you want but, it might give you some ideas. Cheers! I'll find it for you.

I'd probably drop the coriander and maybe up the orange a little, if you buy dried orange peel just be careful, its sold as bitter or sweet orange peel, its the bitter one that usually gives the best flavour. Cheers!
