Yeah Skid, sure was and will continue to be with his recordings. I was listening to ZZ Top a few months back and thing wow, less is so much more. He really put that bottom end down along with mr Beard on drums. What a team eh. Cheers Skid.

You're exactly right mate. Blessed to have seen them a few times. Monster sound. With RUSH gone ZZ remained the last true power-trio. Thankfully Billy and Frank are still kicking it. Class move for Dusty to appoint a 30-year ZZ vet guitar-tech to take his post. Hope it continues.

Here's a band I've been getting into heavily over the last couple years. Cheers Trev!.

Maaate, I have 2 of their Albums. Number 2 and Mothers Pride on vinyl. Really want the first album but hard to find here. I can get it on Discogs but haven't yet. Fabulous band and one that David Bowie ranked very highly at one point. Great pick, cheers

Great song and video.Thanks for posting!!!
It's so nice to hear music that "swings." In other words the drums weren't quantized, and no tempo maps. It's obvious the band beat the shit out of this best they could under the circumstances and then recorded it. Amazing performances all around. Very nice indeed.

Cheers Skid, I've been giving it a blast today on the head phones. To me they have drawn alot from the Final Frontier . And other post Bailey albums. Great mix O this album and the drums from mcbrain are outstanding. I've always enjoyed his playing and this is out of the park. Bruce is singing his heart out and doesn't sound strained but comfortable. Alot of nice treble on the bass and of course the six strings wail. Outstanding album. Cheers
