Final Gravity was created by richierichs3
My recipe states 1011 Estimated Final Gravity. At the moment its 1010 and the blow off valve is still bubbling in a glass of sanitizer( 2 bubbles per second). I dont want to go any lower in gravity, can i start cold crahing now or do i have to wait for the bubbles/fermentation to stop.

First taste it, if it tastes good and not yeasty thats the first step.
If thats all good and you're kegging, go for it, no worries, if you're bottling it can be risky for over carbing or bottle bombs. Cheers!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
