No Chill Hoppy Pale Ale

Thanks mate, do you reckon the no chill added to this or would I be better off chilling before racking?

This is for a 20L batch

2.25kg Maris Otter
1kg Vienna 
0.5kg Flaked Oats
0.20 Light Cystal

5g Amarillo [8.7%] 60min
20g Citra [13.1%] WP
20g Galaxy [17.9%] WP
No Chill
US-05
40g Galaxy [17.9%] Dry Hop for ~3days

I have more Amarillo and Mosaic in the freezer. I think I'm stocked up with pretty similar tasting hops unfortunatey... What do you get from the Waimea that I'd be missing out on?
