ting the bitterness down a bit. You know what your doing so enjoy cheers. When I use M15 it finishes at 1022 and 5.5% ABV and if I use us04 it finishes around 1016 sometimes a bit lower and end up with 6.2 ABV. My mashes lately have been very efficient lately hitting a og of 1062 to 1064 . Its very nice. Cheers

Yeah I dont think you mentioned the gold score, unless I missed it. I dont think Ive ever seen a 47, thats fucking high mate! I must say I dont look at many comps at all. but iM sure its rare Well done!
