Sometimes I get a leek at the keg post beer out. Some times I dont. Its not much . Ive just been looking at the fittings on both my metric and imperial (coco cola) . I knew there were different size poppets but I didnt think it mattered and now im wondering if the long poppet goes on the beer out post and the short on the gas in. Ideas please. Cheers.

Got the leak sorted with a bit of thread tape around the post. That was easy lol, but is there a reason for long and short poppets, ? just out of interest. Cheers guys.

No, its still leaking and its at the quick disconnect. I've taken it apart and appears to be ok, think ill replace it tomorrow and get a spare as well. Not worth mucking around with. cheers.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
