600g Carared Malt
600g Munich Malt
200g Cararoma Malt
200g JWM Crystal 60

Hop Scedule
15g Nelson Sauvin (12aa) @ 60 Min (18.1 ibu)
15g Nelson Sauvin (12aa) @ 20 Min (11 ibu)
15g Amarillo (8.5aa) @ 20 Min (7.8 ibu)
20g Amarillo (8.5aa) @ 1 Min (0.7 ibu)

Adjuncts
1 Irish Moss Tablet @ 15 Mins

Yeast
1pkt Dry Pitched Safale S-04 English Ale @ 18-20c

Mash Out @ 74c for 10 Mins

Hi Gash your Coopers Chocolate and vanilla recipe turned out great with added vanilla extract in the keg. Next i'm trying your Coopers Neipa. Can you please tell me what temp you brewed that one,I'm gonan use S33 for that one instead us05
