Hi Gash,
following your visit to the ANHC and your video on why we are dry hopping wrong, what would you suggest for 180g of dry hops?
I would normally put 100g in just after high krausen then the rest around day 6 -7.
I generally ferment for 13 - 14 days then keg, unless I'm using KVEIK. I cold crash about 3 days before kegging.
Was wondering if I just chuck it all in on day 7 or is it still worth doing the early dry hop for the biotransformation effect?

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
