Birdwatchers TPW Tomato Paste Wash

This yields about 21L of wash, but it is what I did in my video due to the pot size, could easily top it off with another 2L to make the the full 23L or 6 Gallon batch. birdwatchers.info/calculator/

18L water (5 Gallons)
4kg of Sugar (8.9 Pounds)
190g Tomato paste (6oz) (could probably get away with one 170g Tin)
64ml Lemon Juice or 3.6g of Citric Acid (2.06 floz or 0.1oz)
0.12tsp Epsom Salts
70g Bread Yeast (2.5oz)
