Hi All - New member, long time lurker.
Gash, I have found this site and your YouTube vids so helpful and have gained so much from them. Thanks heaps.
I have dabbled in home brewing for about 20 years now and finally got fed up with extract kits and took the plunge recently and invested in the following equipment: Robobrew 3, Digiboil 35l (for HLT) and a SS Brewtech Brewmaster Brewbucket for fermentation (love the thermowell!) . Am also in the process of acquiring a display fridge to control fermentation process and to enable me to brew lagers.
I have brewed only 2 brews on the Robobrew so far and they both went well, although one is still fermenting and the other was hot cubed. Numbers were close on both and wort tasted good but let's see how they end up. Cheers!
